It will be noted throughout the terms, that FindTraders.com will be referenced as ‘FT’ and FindTraders.com Ltd will be referenced to ‘FT Ltd’. FT and FT Ltd are also known as ‘We’ or ‘us’. The customer will be known as ‘You’ or ‘your’.

Trademarks

FT is owned and operated by FT Ltd. FT Ltd is a UK based company and so all legal issues related to this agreement shall be construed and determined by UK law and legal system and full jurisdiction is given to the UK courts.

By accessing this site, you accept and agree to be bound to these terms of use (“The Terms”), if you do not fully accept to be bound by these terms please do not use this website (“FindTraders.com”). These terms may be modified at any given time by FT. Any user is bound by this modification as soon as they return to FT so please check these terms regularly.

All contents of this website (“FindTraders.com”) are owned by FT Ltd, Including but not limited to text, graphics and logos are protected by copyright law unless otherwise stated. Company name, logos and websites are copyright to their respective owners.

Permitted Use

The use of FT is purely for personal and non-commercial use only. Users are not permitted to use automated query tools upon the search or any other part of FT. Any data saved from FT may not be modified, reproduced, distributed or redisplayed other than when printed directly from FT in any way. All material saved from us must be destroyed or deleted upon breach of any terms laid out by these terms.

Data from FT may not be in anyway used explicitly for Mail shots, Telesales or any other commercial use without the express permission in writing from FT Ltd.

Any data from FT may not be used in such a way as to bring FT into disrepute.

FindTraders.com reserves the right to modify, block or remove any user submitted data that we believe infringes on any copyright other law in the UK or otherwise.

Users are responsible for all the data submitted onto FT by them. Users shall not submit data that may be considered improper, illegal, indecent or inaccurate (at time of posting), nor shall users submit data that contravenes the British Code of Advertising Practice and all other codes by the British Advertising Standards Authority. Users will not defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten or abuse the rights of any individual, company or body nor commit or encourage a criminal offence. Users must not submit or post data containing viruses, spy-ware or any other form of malicious code to FT that may cause harm to a user or their property or name. Users must not impersonate any other individual or entity. Users must not restrict or inhibit the use of FT by any other user.

FT does not vouch for the companies for which it provides listings, not does FT recommend the quality or suitability of any product or service within our data. We recommend that each user is satisfied regarding the nature of any goods or services found using FT before purchase, we also recommend that professional advice is sought where possible.

By agreeing to these terms the user agrees to indemnify and hold harmless FT, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claims, actions or demands without limitation. This indemnity shall survive termination of the agreement to these terms.

Termination

FT may terminate access to the website or any part of these terms for any reason at any time without prior notice.

Users may terminate the agreement at any time, all material collected from FT must then be destroyed. Please note that returning to FT constitutes an agreement to these terms.
